My name is Greta Sprenkeling. In over 15 years of experience I have supported over 350 births. I see it as my work and passion to support you in whatever it takes to have a better birth and create a happy family.

In AZ BirthConnection we care, we coach, we are present. The products and services I provide support healthy pregnancy, easy birth and fast recovery.

I support the birth you want and help you accomplish it with minimal medical intervention. I am not against medical intervention, but I believe it should be reserved for emergency situations. Routine intervention doesn't support easy labor and birth, and snowballs easily into more intervention, resulting in many problems down the road. There is usually little disclosure of the side effects of the medical interventions so easily resorted to.

Be aware that there is no shortcut in birthing a baby except the surrender to what your body knows to do. Our mind has no business interfering with the natural happening that birth is. The human body is amazing. I can teach you about the role of hormones during labor, birth and post partum. The hormonal brain is supposed to be very active, the thinking brain has to become dormant. In the right circumstances this will automatically happen. I am a master in creating the right circumstances with you and your partner. It doesn't take much.

Birth can be a healthy and ecstatic experience and I can help you achieve it with minimal intervention.
