All our workers are screened, qualified, over 18, cpr certified and with clean background. The part time nannies and occasional babysitters work for us as independent contractors. We have payrol service for our full time nannies.

At AZ Sitters Connection we believe that children need to feel safe and cared for while their parents are working or busy. Therefore we do extensive screening and only provide sitters with a clean background and driving record.
